Design Work
2025 is a new era for my design work. I have embraced the use of semi precious and precious gemstones and that is featured in my 2025 Birthstone Project. There is a design for every month and coming soon there will be the option for custom birthstone jewelz, using real stones sterling silver and gold filled metals.
Build your own Jewelry Stack - Available Spring 2025
This is a personal jewelry shopping experience held via video chat. It is currently available to clients in the United States. The build your own jewelry stack experience is based different themes that you can shop from. These themes will change with the seasons to create a personalized jewelry stack, for yourself or as gifts.
Materials
All Laura Clarke Co jewelry is made with quality materials, real stones, real pearls, solid metals: including, sterling silver, gold filled, bronze and occasionally copper. Every now and then I will use glass beads… All listings will tell you what the materials are used. Here is an article I wrote on where I find my beads… =)
My Story
A little bit about me… I have been designing jewelry for over 20 years and I specialize in necklaces, because my ears are too messed up for earrings (though I love them). Bracelets and rings, though nice, can be a little impractical because I use my hands so much. My grandmother is my jewelry inspiration. I remember looking in her jewelry cabinets as a kid and wishing I had all the sparkly jewelry. I am so grateful God gave me the gift of design and a passion to create pretty things that you can wear!
Laura Clarke Co started as a dream in my early 20’s that I was too shy to pursue until 2016 when I tried again and made a little bit of headway. In 2019 I got the www.lauraclarke.co domain and during 2020 I put all I could into making this dream a reality. In the intervening years I got married to my amazing husband who encourages me and my dreams and has been pushing me to sell my jewelry. In 2023 I got the web shop then this past summer and fall I have been working through all the ups and downs to make this more than a dream. You can read my whole business journey here!
