Shipping

Flat rate for shipping is $7.00 in the USA . No international shipping at this time. All orders are shipped with USPS and are tracked and insured.

Ready to Ship Design Returns

Ready to Ship designs have a 14 day return window from when the the order is received. Buyer will pays return shipping, Please send me an email about your return and photos and I will send you a shipping label the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the return that you receive.

If your items arrives damaged or there was an error on my part please email me within 7 days of receiving your order and I will work with you to get a win-win solution. =)

All emails regarding returns and damaged orders must include your name, order date, order number and photos of the jewelry in question.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of my designs there are NO EXCHANGES. Because everything is small batch or one of a kind I do not have the inventory to support exchanges.

NO HOLDS. All ready to ship designs are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
